Today's post will be something different. Here are a few shots taken in August 1977 of Bedrock City, in Chilliwack, British Columbia. That's me at 8 years old in the blue plaid pants in Barney's Car.
Well, this place is sure different. You look like your are waiting for that car to move. Sad about it being the "Elvis" day, but as an 8 year old I'm guessing you didn't know? I was 12 and knew cause my dad was so upset. more than when his own father died.
Wow! I remember that day also! I was in L.A., It was raining, My grandfather, Elvis and Bing Crosby all died that day! I went to the Cinearama Dome in Hollywood and saw Fantasia! Wow, now that was a blast from the past! Thanks! DOP
